Ordered more than one item?
If you've ordered a few items, we may need to fulfil your order from multiple locations and therefore ship your items separately. If your order has been split, you will receive an email with your tracking details for each separate delivery.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
If 'Authority to Leave' is selected during checkout, our courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. Click here for more info.- Hype DC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders after they have been delivered.
- For 4 Hour, Afterhours and Saturday Delivery orders, Authority to Leave is required.

What is authority to leave (ATL)?
By ticking the box or selecting 'yes' at the checkout page on the website, you’ve selected to have our nominated courier leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.
You agree that the parcel is deemed ‘delivered’ when left at your premises.
Although the courier will use their discretion, if they do not think it is safe to leave your parcel unattended, they will take your parcel to your local post office and will leave a card to call. Please note, the Post Office will only hold your order for up to 10 business days before returning it to the sender.
Please note: Hype DC will not be held liable for any stock loss, due to theft or negligence if an authority to leave is selected at the time of checkout, and proof of delivery has been provided from our courier.
If you have been notified that your order has been delivered, but you're unable to locate it please:
- Check your tracking details. Your order may have been taken to your local Post Office.
- Check the surroundings of your property/mailbox. The courier may leave your order in a partially obscured spot to keep it safely away from street view.

We offer a number of delivery options:
Express Delivery: Our Express Delivery will have your order to you within a few days! See our timeframes here.
Orders can be delivered to residential and business addresses, parcel lockers, PO boxes and parcel collect locations.
4-Hour Delivery: 4-Hour Delivery is available in selected areas if you place your order between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm between Monday to Friday for just $19.95. We aim to deliver your order within 4 hours of placing your order. See more info and Ts&Cs here.
Afterhours Delivery: Afterhours Delivery is available in selected areas if you place your order before 2:00 pm between Monday to Friday for $14.95. Your order will be delivered to you the next business day between 6:00 - 9:00 pm. See more info and Ts&Cs here.
Saturday Delivery: Saturday Delivery is only be available in selected areas as a delivery option at checkout from 5:00 pm Wednesday onwards till 2:00 pm Friday for $16.95. Your order will be delivered to you on Saturday between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm.* See more info and Ts&Cs here.

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $130.
A flat rate of $10 per order applies for orders under $130.
All orders are shipped using Express StarTrack delivery.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you'll receive an email from our courier with a tracking number and a link to track its delivery. Your tracking number will become active once the driver has picked up and scanned your parcel. See our Delivery Timeframes to estimate the arrival of your order.
Alternatively, click 'track my order' below and enter your tracking number on the StarTrack website for delivery updates.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Startrack will happily deliver to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes where possible.

Can my delivery be upgraded to reach me faster?
Once your order is placed, we're unable to upgrade or change the delivery method.

We deliver to addresses across mainland Australia & Tasmania.

Do you deliver to remote islands?
We deliver throughout the standard StarTrack courier network. If your mail is usually delivered through domestic channels, you can safely assume that we deliver to your location.
Unfortunately, if your order has to pass through an international port to reach you, we are unable to facilitate delivery.

Please note:
- Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter unexpected delays outside of Hype DC's control.
- We do not deliver to Christmas Island.
