What is Hype LIMIT'D and how do I sign up?
As a HYPE LIMIT’D member, every dollar spent earns you 1 point. For every 200 points earned, you’ll receive a reward. The value of this reward depends on the level that you’re in! Levels are calculated based on your registered spend within a rolling 12 month period.

When will I receive my Hype LIMIT'D Reward and how do I redeem it?
When will I receive my reward?
Once your order is processed and packed by our fulfilment team, please allow 24 hours for earned rewards to reflect in your account.
Please note, if you purchase multiple items, your order may be split and fulfilled from different locations! Your points will update as each order is processed.
How can I redeem my reward?
To redeem a Reward, you must spend $100 or more in a single transaction either in-store or online, excluding shipping costs.
In-store: Simply provide your account email address. Our team will apply your available reward(s) to your purchase.READ FULL ARTICLE
Online: You’ll need to log into your online account. You can apply as many rewards as you have available during the payment stage at checkout. Click ‘apply’ to redeem, and your cart will automatically update.
I signed up to Hype LIMIT'D and made a purchase in-store but I can't log in online?
Signing up in-store will not automatically create an online account, as a password is required.
Simply sign up in both places using the same email address - your accounts will merge.
All registered in-store and online purchases accrue points. Though in-store purchases cannot be viewed in your online account, your level and reward balance can!

What happens if I return an item purchased with a Hype LIMIT'D reward?
If you return an item purchased with a reward, its value will be reimbursed as a new one! The points you originally earned will be deducted, but your reward will automatically be added back into your account.READ FULL ARTICLE
Please note, rewards are applied proportionally across the products in your cart (based on the value of each item). If you return part of your order, you'll receive a partial reward refund to redeem on your next purchase.

Hype DC LIMIT’D (Australia) Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions –
- Membership –
You are opting in to receive marketing communications via email, mail, SMS and telephone from Hype DC Australia. To stop receiving those communications from Hype DC, you can choose to opt out after receiving an email or SMS via the opt-out function located at the bottom of every communication sent to you. Alternatively, you can send us a message via our Help Centre here.
Please note when opting out via the unsubscribe link within Hype DC marketing emails, you are opting out from email marketing communications only. When opting out of Hype DC SMS marketing communications via the opt out link function, you are opting out of SMS marketing communications only. To opt out of mail or all other forms of marketing, please send us a message via our Help Centre here.
When you choose to opt out from receiving marketing communications you will no longer receive notification of any Hype LIMIT’D Program promotions through that channel, and you forgo access to member offers, events, gifts and competitions.
1.2 There are 2 methods of entry into the Program:
Method 1 – Existing Subscriber >
If you are an existing subscriber to the Hype DC Australia marketing database, and you have a unique customer ID (allocated to you after making a purchase with Hype DC Australia), you will be contacted by Hype DC regarding your inclusion in the Program as an existing subscriber. You will have the opportunity to notify Hype DC if you don’t want to be included in the Hype LIMIT’D Program.
If you join the Hype LIMIT’D Program via this method, you will be added onto the bronze tier of the program, and 100 bonus points will be assigned to your Member account.
If you choose to opt-out of inclusion in the Hype LIMIT’D Program via this method, you may choose to join the Hype LIMIT’D Program at a later date via Method 2.
If you are an existing Hype DC subscriber who does not have a unique customer ID, you will be notified of the Hype LIMIT’D Program via an email from Hype DC Australia and will be prompted to join as a New Member.
Method 2 – New Member >
If you are a new customer to Hype DC Australia, you will be prompted to join the Hype LIMIT’D Program as a New Member. You will be entered into the Program using the email address you provided at sign up and will be issued 100 bonus points will be assigned to your Member account after joining the Program.
1.3 You must be a resident of Australia to become a member of the Hype LIMIT’D Program.
1.4 You must be 18 years or older and hold a unique and valid email address to be a member of the Hype LIMIT’D Program.
1.5 Employees of the Accent Group are not eligible to join. This is exclusively for our customers who don’t get to enjoy all the other benefits of working with us.
1.6 The Hype LIMIT’D program is for personal shopping only – Rewards will only be issued to those we deem to be legitimate personal customers. We reserve the right to reject your Hype LIMIT’D Reward/s if we know or suspect that you intend to resell some or all of the products specified in your order as a part of a commercial business.
1.7 You can use your Hype LIMIT’D membership at any Hype DC retail store in Australia and at the Hype DC Australia website at www.hypedc.com/au.
1.8 To be eligible for Hype LIMIT’D Program benefits and exclusive offers in-store, you must identify yourself as a Hype LIMIT’D Program Member before purchase by providing the name and email address you used when signing up to the Program. When shopping online, you must log in using the email address you used when signing up, in order to access and use any valid Rewards and see any information relating to your Hype LIMIT’D account.
1.9 Your Hype LIMIT’D Program account is issued by Hype DC and is not transferable to any other person.
1.10 Hype DC will not accept any liability for any of your member communications that are misdirected, lost or not received.
1.12 Hype DC may, at any time and in its discretion, require you to provide proof of identification (in a form requested by Hype DC) to verify the authenticity of your membership and compliance with the Hype LIMIT’D Program Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide proof of identification may result in termination of your membership.
1.13 You are to read these Program Terms and Conditions in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards, including without limitation the Website Terms and Conditions and other relevant Hype DC Policies and Terms and Conditions.
1.14 It is your responsibility to update your Hype LIMIT’D Program member profile with details of your email address, phone number and postal address, otherwise Hype DC may not be able to contact you about your membership, rewards, special offers or entry to competitions or Member events.
1.15 Hype DC reserves the right to change, cancel or modify the Terms of your membership, or withdraw the Program, at any time. Hype DC will make all reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance to you via email or the Hype DC website.
- Points & Tiers
2.1 Members will earn Points on all purchases they make at any of Hype DC Australia stores or online where they identify themselves when making that purchase, by providing their full name & email address in-store, or by logging into their Hype LIMIT’D Member account online.
A Member will receive 1 Point for every $1 spent, rounded down to the nearest dollar ($). Points can only be added to the Hype LIMIT’D account used at the time the purchase was made.
Points are converted to Rewards as outlined in Section 3, whilst your Hype LIMIT’D Spend determines the Tier Level you sit within as outlined below.
You attain status in the Hype LIMIT’D Tier Levels by purchasing from Hype DC retail stores in Australia and online at the Hype DC Australia website (www.hypedc.com/au).
Your Hype LIMIT’D Spend includes all of your valid Hype DC purchases taken into consideration for the previous 365 days.
This table sets out how much you need to spend at our Hype DC Australia retail stores and/or the Hype DC Australia website over a 365-day period (known as your Hype LIMIT’D Spend) to reach each Hype LIMIT’D Tier Level:

Reward redemption does not accumulate towards your Hype LIMIT’D Spend and therefore does not accumulate Points. For example, if you purchase an item valued at $100 and use $20 Hype LIMIT’D Reward value when making payment for that purchase, your Hype LIMIT’D Spend for that purchase is $80 and you will be assigned 80 Points to your Hype LIMIT’D Member account.
2.2 Our system will calculate your Hype DC LIMIT’D Spend daily.
This means that, on any day, your Hype LIMIT’D Spend will include purchases made in-store for the last 365 days until the end of the previous day.
For any online purchases placed with Hype DC Australia, your Hype LIMIT’D Spend is calculated on the date following when your purchase is shipped, not the date you place the order.
This means that if, for example, your parcel is not shipped until 2 days after you place your order, your purchase will not be included in your Hype LIMIT’D Spend until 3 days after you placed that order.
We will upgrade your Hype LIMIT’D Level as soon as our system shows that your Hype LIMIT’D Spend has reached the required level.
We will downgrade your Hype LIMIT’D Tier Level at the times set out in the paragraph below.
Your Hype LIMIT’D spend is calculated daily based on a rolling 365-day period, regardless of when you entered the specific tier, therefore you are required to maintain the spend level of the current tier within a rolling 365-day period in order to remain in that tier.
The date in which your Hype LIMIT’D Spend will drop below your tier level is called your Hype LIMIT’D Anniversary Date. If you have not maintained the amount of Hype LIMIT’D Spend required for your Hype LIMIT’D Level by your Hype LIMIT’D Anniversary Date, we will adjust your tier level accordingly. It is important that you keep track of your Hype LIMIT’D Anniversary Date if you want to maintain your Hype LIMIT’D Level.
Any cancellations, reversals or returns made on purchases are considered in the calculation of your Hype LIMIT’D Spend, which might result in you dropping below your tier level.
For example, if you have spent $350 in the last 365 days, you would sit in the Silver Level. If $100 of that purchase is cancelled, reversed or returned, your Hype LIMIT’D Spend will reflect that and recalculate to $250, thus meaning you will no longer qualify for the Siler Level and instead will be placed on the Bronze Level.
2.3. All Points earnt will be valid for 15 months from the date of issue.
- Rewards –
3.1 The Rewards you receive depend on whether you sit within the Bronze, Silver or Gold Tier Level and the number of Points you have earned.
This table sets out the Reward value you will be issued, dependant on the Tier Level you sit within & your current Points Balance:

Every 200 points earned = $40 Reward
On accumulating 200 Points, Hype LIMIT’D Members are automatically assigned a Reward to the value as detailed above for the Tier Level they sit within.
If you complete a single transaction that results in your Points balance reaching or exceeding multiples of the 200 point denomination, you will receive a single Reward to a higher value. For example, if you are on the Gold tier, and spend $400 in one transaction therefore earning 400 points, you will be issued 1 x $80 Reward, in place of 2 x $40 Rewards. If your transaction is placed online and the delivery of the order is split, this may not be the case & you may instead be issued your Reward(s) in $20 denominations.
You will receive notification that a Reward has been applied to your Hype LIMIT’D account via email to the email address you provide us with when you join the Program. All rewards issued from accumulating 200 points, will have a 5-month expiry valid from the date of issue.
3.2 To redeem a Reward as either an Existing Subscriber or New Member, you must spend $100 or more in a single transaction either in-store or online, excluding shipping costs. Your Reward cannot be used for payment of laybys or applied to prior purchases.
Your Reward is not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or used for the purchase of gift cards (physical or electronic).
Using your Reward in-store:
When shopping in-store, you must provide the email address you used when joining the Program in order for your Reward to be applied to your transaction by a Hype DC team member. Your reward can only be used on purchases valued at $100 or more
Using your Reward online:
When shopping online, you must create an account using the email address supplied when joining the Program and be logged in to your account when checking out, in order for your Reward to be applied to your online transaction. Please note, after you have created your online account, you will be sent an email verification email which you need to validate before the account gets created. If you do not validate your email, you will not be able to log into your online account or use your rewards.
Once you are logged in, at the checkout page, your Reward will appear with a prompt to ‘Apply your Reward’ which you must select in order for the Reward to be used as part of payment towards your transaction. Your reward will only apply on orders valued at $100 or more. If you do not select to apply your Reward to the transaction, it will remain unused on your Member account until it expires or is otherwise used.
3.3 Other than any Rewards issued to you, the Hype LIMIT’D Program may give you access to Member competitions and events or may include the allocation of surprise gifts and rewards to your account from time to time. At its sole discretion, Hype DC may provide access to these items to some or all Members of the Program. You will be notified via email should any of these apply your Hype LIMIT’D account.
3.4 If you don’t adhere to these Terms and Conditions, Hype DC reserves the right to cancel your Hype LIMIT’D account and any associated Rewards at any time.
3.5 Hype DC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards offered to you within the Program at its discretion, including Rewards awarded in error or earned fraudulently. Hype DC will make all reasonable efforts to communicate these changes to you via email or the Hype DC Australia website.
3.6. The Hype LIMIT'D program is intended for personal shopping use only. Hype DC reserves the right to withdraw, or cancel rewards that we know or suspect were earned as a result of purchasing goods that are intended for resell or commercial activity.
3.7 If your Membership is terminated for any reason, your Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
3.7 If you redeem a Reward for the purchase of multiple items, the application of that Reward’s value will be split proportionally over the products in the order based on the value of each item. For example, if you purchase a pair of shoes and a pack of socks, you might see the bulk of your $20 Reward being applied to your shoes, based on the value of this item being higher.
If your order is cancelled or you choose to return or exchange a product, Hype DC will adjust your Member account so that the correct Reward amount is returned to you. The amount returned will be based on the portion of the reward that was applied to the specific product you are returning, as stated above.
3.8 You can view your Rewards at any time by logging in to your Member account on the Hype DC Australia website.
3.9 You can only earn and redeem Rewards at Hype DC retail stores in Australia and on the Hype DC Australia website (www.hypedc.com/au).
3.10 You can only redeem rewards from one (1) Hype LIMIT’D Member account per transaction.
3.11 Certain products and promotions may be excluded from the Program and this will be notified to you where it is applicable via the Terms and Conditions of the specific promotion.
- Returns / Refunds
If you used a Reward when you made your purchase, the total amount you paid will have been reduced. Any refund owing will be processed based on the amount paid for the transaction, after any Rewards were applied & the Reward will be returned to your Hype LIMIT’D account.
If you earnt Points when making your purchase, these Points will be taken off your Points balance when an eligible transaction has been cancelled, reversed or relates to a refund given.
- If your purchase (either in part or in full) is cancelled, reversed or returned & Points were earnt, but the number of those Points did not reach the 200 point threshold, your Points balance will be deducted to the value of the item(s) being returned rounded down to the nearest whole number.
For example, if you purchase a $150 item, you will earn 150 points. If your purchase is cancelled, reversed or returned, 150 points will be deducted from your Hype LIMIT’D account.
If you earnt Points when making a Purchase, and those points reached the 200 point threshold which results in a $20 Reward being granted & subsequently that purchase is cancelled, reversed or a refund is given, the following paragraph explains how this will be handled:
- If your purchase is cancelled, reversed or returned & for which 200 Points or more was earned, your Points balance will be deducted to the value of the item(s) being cancelled, reversed or returned (rounded down to the nearest whole number) but the Reward will remain on your Hype LIMIT’D account.
For example, if you purchase two items, one for $100 and the other for $120, you will earn 220 points in total. As you have reached the 200 point threshold, you will receive a $20 Reward for that transaction, and 20 points will remain on your Hype LIMIT’D account. When cancelling, reversing or returning this purchase, you will retain the Reward issued, however, 220 points will be deducted from your Hype LIMIT’D account.
If you moved tier levels when making a Purchase, because of your Hype LIMIT’D spend reaching or exceeding the spend level required for the next tier & subsequently that purchase is cancelled, reversed or a refund is given, the following paragraph explains how this will be handled:
- If your purchase is cancelled, reversed or returned, this will also be calculated against your Hype LIMIT’D spend, and could result in you dropping below your tier level.
- For example, if you have spent $400, which moves you from Bronze to Silver Level, but $200 of that purchase is cancelled, reversed or returned, your Hype LIMIT’D Spend will reflect that and recalculate to $200, thus meaning you will no longer qualify for the Siler Level and instead will be placed back onto the Bronze Level.

Want to browse through your past purchases? You'll find them all stored in your account.
Head to 'My Account' in the top right-hand corner. Once you're in, click on 'Order history'.
