How do I track my order?
Hype DC delivers products Australia wide using Star Track.
You will receive an automated notification directly from StarTrack, 24 hours after your order is dispatched, with your tracking via email or SMS.
You are able to track your order here if you received an email from Star Track.
If you have an account with us, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.

When can I expect my parcel?
We access stock directly from our online warehouse as well as external stockrooms; this may delay dispatch by 2-3 days.

I am missing part of my order?
We really don't want you to miss out on anything that you have ordered, so sometimes we fill orders from multiple warehouses which may result in separate deliveries.
Rest assured, in the case that your order is dispatched from more than one warehouse, you will, of course, receive corresponding tracking numbers.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Startrack will happily deliver to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes where possible.

Click and Collect
How does Click and Collect work?
Click and Collect allows you to purchase shoes online and head directly into your selected store to pick them up!
Add the product(s) to your cart and follow through to the checkout! Once you enter your details, there will be a field where you can select to "Click and Collect" - simply enter your postcode and our system will locate any store in your vicinity that has the stock available for your Click and Collect order.
Once your order is placed, our in-store team will be notified and they'll get busy preparing your order! Once it's ready we'll send you an email letting you know and you can come and collect at your selected store with your tax invoice (which we send via email) and your photo ID (so we know it's you!).
If you need to nominate someone other than yourself to collect the order, we require prior contact with our Customer Care team. We may request to see the credit card used or speak to the cardholder at any stage. The nominee will also be required to show a form of I.D.
How to return a Click and Collect?
You can simply return to your store of collection if you have changed your mind about your recent click and collect purchase. Keep in mind, we can't refund or exchange PayPal orders in store.

When can I pick up my Click and Collect order?
All Click and Collect orders are packed by our store teams within 3-24 hours from the time the order is placed.
You’ll get an email notification once your order is ready to be picked up, so be sure to keep an eye out for this since it will be the indicator that you’re all clear to head into the store location and collect the order. Click and Collect 'unavailable'?
If the Click and Collect option is available, and you haven't had any luck with the postcode search for 'click and collect', then this item may no longer be available in the stores in your area for ‘click and collect’ and so cannot be purchased through the online store.
The item will be listed as available as it is able to be purchased from a nationwide location that may be outside your radius. This is when the message will pop up telling you to choose delivery if you then do not see the clickable option for delivery, then this is a clear indicator that the item is unfortunately sold out for delivery at this stage.
You are still welcome to visit your local store to purchase the stock there directly if it is available.
