How does Afterhours Delivery Service work?
Need your order for tomorrow? We now offer Afterhours Delivery Service between 6-9 pm.
Afterhours Delivery is available in selected areas if you place your order before 2:00 pm between Monday to Friday for $14.95. Your order will be delivered to you the next business day between 6:00 - 9:00 pm.*
If you place your order before 2:00 pm from Monday to Thursday,
you will receive your order the next business day between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.If you place your order on Friday before 2:00 pm,
you will receive your order the next business day (Monday) between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday before midnight,
you will receive your order on the following Tuesday between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.For all orders placed after 2:00 pm, please see below for delivery times.

What are the Afterhours Terms & Conditions?
Availability: Afterhours Delivery is available in metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and subject to product availability. This service is currently not available in Perth.

- Our Courier will contact you if a product is undeliverable. Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation, tracking information from our courier
- Delivery will be made to one address only based on one postcode. If the postcode is changed delivery method may be subject to product availability of the new postcode. If Afterhours Delivery is not available, Standard Delivery will apply
- Multiple delivery methods can be made on the one order
- Delivery is to Residential or Business addresses and cannot be offered for PO BOX or Parcel Locker Locations
- Delivery times are indicative only, and Hype DC will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times
- Please note that all orders placed through this service are mandatory Authority To Leave. Although the courier will use their discretion, if they do not think it is safe to leave your parcel unattended, you will receive a notification to advise of this outcome and your order will be re-booked for delivery for the next business day
- Delivery is only available on Business Days. Services will not run on Public holidays (State / National), or on New Year’s Eve.
The availability of this service may be impacted by lockdowns and any other unforeseen or unavoidable external events (such as severe weather conditions) beyond the control of Hype DC.

What do my Afterhours Delivery notifications mean?
You'll receive notifications from Startrack during your Afterhours Delivery journey. Here's what they mean:
1. Picked up: your order has been collected by the courier
2. On route: your order is on the move and will be delivered shortly
3. Delivered: success! Your order has arrived at the address provided

Why can't I get Afterhours Delivery Service in my area?
Afterhours Delivery Service is only available within Sydney at this stage. If you enter your postcode and the Afterhours Delivery Service option is not available, this is a strong indicator that this service is not currently available in your area, or for this product.
Our Standard Delivery Service service will have your order with you in 1-3 business days.

What happens if I miss my Afterhours delivery?
All Afterhours Delivery orders are mandatory authority to leave - this means that if the courier deems the premises to be safe, they will leave the parcel unattended.
However, if the courier believes that it is unsafe to leave your parcel unattended, you will receive a notification advising that delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. If that is the case, then your order will be automatically rebooked for delivery on the following business day between 6-9 pm.

How does Saturday Delivery work?
Need your order for the weekend? We now offer Saturday Delivery!
How much does it cost? $16.95
Availability: Saturday Delivery is only available within Sydney at this stage.
Saturday Delivery will only be available as a delivery option at checkout from 5:00 pm Wednesday onwards till 2:00 pm Friday. Your order will be delivered to you on Saturday between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm.*

Although the courier will use their discretion, if they do not think it is safe to leave your parcel unattended, you will receive a notification to advise of this outcome and your order will be re-booked for delivery for the next business day.
