How to return an online order in store?
You can return any item to us in-store, just be sure to meet the conditions below and bring your proof of purchase. Your confirmation email is ideal!
Remember, you can not return an item purchased with PayPal in-store - you'll need to post it back to us.

How can I return if I paid via AfterPay?
If you paid for your order via AfterPay, you are welcome to return your item in a store or you can post your item back to us! Take a look at our Return Policy to find out more information.
When your refund is processed, AfterPay will send you an email and make the necessary adjustments to your payment schedule.
For example, if you've made two repayments you will be refunded for those two payments and all further payments will be cancelled.
Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges, but you are welcome to repurchase on a new barcode.

How can I return if I paid with PayPal?
Unfortunately, if you paid with PayPal, you are unable to return to a store location for a refund.

How to return a Click and Collect?

I haven't been refunded for my return?
Patience is a virtue after all!
Our top tip is to keep note of your tracking number, that way you can track your order and see when it reaches us. Please allow us 48hours to process your return.
Depending on your payment method, the refund turn around differs:
Once we have processed your refund AfterPay will send you an email confirming that the refund has been processed and any adjustments will be made to your payment schedule Card The refund turn around time will depend on your financial institution - most banks take around 2-5 working days to process refunds. I think my product is faulty?
If you believe any purchased items may have manufacturing faults, please visit any Hype DC store where the store manager will assess the fault.
