What is safe drop?
Safe Drop is an option that Australia Post offers customers to have their parcel dropped off at a location of their choosing - similar to an 'authority to leave'.
Whilst we require a signature for all deliveries, customers are able to request a safe drop directly through Australia Post's MyPost app.
It is important to note, if a safe drop is requested, Hype DC is not liable for any missing or damaged items.

Hype DC delivers products Australia wide using Star Track.
For Standard and Express Delivery orders, you will receive an automated notification (via email or SMS) from our delivery partner StarTrack after your order is dispatched.

What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?
If you are not available when Startrack attempts delivery of your parcel then a collection card will be left by the delivery driver. There will be details on the Startrack card so you can locate your local Post Office for collection or organise a re-delivery.

I ordered in-store for home delivery, how long does it take to arrive?
If you're in-store and cannot find the size or style you want, our friendly team are here to help you.
All you have to do is talk to the store staff, and they will arrange for you to purchase straight away, and then have the item/s sent directly to your home address. Easy.
Please note that shipping and handling times can take anywhere between 4-7 business days, as your order could be coming from any one of our National stores*.
Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address that was entered in upon placing the order.
Once your item/s have been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details.
*Please note that this option is only available within Australia at the moment.
Returning an item:
