How do I track my order?
Hype DC delivers products Australia wide using Star Track.
You will receive an automated notification directly from StarTrack, 24 hours after your order is dispatched, with your tracking via email or SMS.
You are able to track your order here if you received an email from Star Track.
If you have an account with us, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.

When can I expect my parcel?
We access stock directly from our online warehouse as well as external stockrooms; this may delay dispatch by 2-3 days.
Please find the following delivery estimates from the date of dispatch, not necessarily the date the order is placed:
NSW & ACT: 2 Business Days QLD & SA: 3-4 Business Days VIC: 4 Business Days WA, NT & TAS: 5-6 Business Days

How much is delivery?
Your shipping is free if the value of your order is over AU$100.00.

I am missing part of my order?
We really don't want you to miss out on anything that you have ordered, so sometimes we fill orders from multiple warehouses which may result in separate deliveries.
Rest assured, in the case that your order is dispatched from more than one warehouse, you will, of course, receive corresponding tracking numbers.
Please note, delivery times may vary depending on where your product has been shipped from.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Startrack will happily deliver to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes where possible.

Do you deliver to rural areas?
However, we can only dispatch stock from our online store, if the stock you are hoping to secure online sells out then, unfortunately, we will be unable to fill your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to you from our store locations - even if they are available for Click and Collect.

I've been left a card to call?
If you are not available when Startrack attempt delivery of your parcel then a collection card will be left by the delivery driver.

Which courier companies do you use?
Your order will be shipped via Startrack. Upon delivery, a signature is required.
Once your order is on it's way to you, you will receive tracking information via SMS or Email - keep an eye on your junk and spam folders!

Why have I received multiple confirmation emails?
Sometimes, when making an order through our Hype DC online store, our primary warehouse isn’t able to fulfil your order completely.
When this happens - your order then becomes what we call a split order. This means an order that has over 2 units can sometimes be split between our numerous warehouses around Australia so we can fulfill your order 100%.
If your order has more than 2 items and you only receive part of it in your first package, it is more than likely your order has been split and we have had to send out the rest of your order from a different location.
