Once your order is processed and packed by our fulfilment team, please allow 24 hours for earned rewards to reflect in your account.
Please note that if you purchase multiple items, your order may be split and fulfilled from different locations! Your points will update as each order is processed.
How can I redeem my reward?
To redeem a Reward, you must spend $100 or more in a single transaction either in-store or online, excluding shipping costs.
In-store: Simply provide your account email address. Our team will apply your available reward(s) to your purchase.
Online: You’ll need to log into your online account. You can apply as many rewards as you have available during the payment stage at checkout. Click ‘apply’ to redeem, and your cart will automatically update.
When will my reward expire?
All rewards issued from accumulating 200 points will have a 5-month expiry valid from the date of issue.
