All Afterhours Delivery orders are mandatory authority to leave - this means that if the courier deems the premises to be safe, they will leave the parcel unattended.
However, if the courier believes that it is unsafe to leave your parcel unattended, you will receive a notification advising that delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. If that is the case, then your order will be automatically rebooked for delivery on the following business day between 6-9 pm.
